Stayed in room 618 which I thought was quite noisy with some sort of background humming noise and an annoying led flashing above the bed

Stench of sewer. Delayed cleaning.
The front desk staff were attentive. There was an overpowering smell of dirty sewer upon entering the room, which lasted for our 4 nights 5 days which was slightly abated bt spraying cologne all over. The cleaning staff did not replenish the supplies daily and found we had to ask. I should have just brought my own toiletries and supplies, but having stayed here previously, we thought to pack light instead as we knew there were basic toiletries, coffee, milk, tea ( but we were disappointed this time). Cleabing was delayed, left in the morning and was still undone qhen we returned around 230pm. Seemed the room was not vacuumed well and the bed linen and doona felt rough which made me itch. Wonder if they were freshly and sanitarily washed? On Sunday night, the drumming sound and music went on til midnight, which, according to the front desk staff was from a pub close by. We did not experience these in previous stays ( our 3rd in the last 6 months). Sad. The location is excellent. The front desk staff respectful specially the man on night duty. Hope the management rectifies.

Clean and comfortable but wouldn’t stay again
The property is reasonably new and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Close to shopping areas
Looked out onto a multi storey car park. Breakfast was chaos and food platters were constantly empty and staff couldn’t keep up. Corridors and room had a high perfume smell probably from air conditioner very irritating on the nose
